At Glowrush, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We take great pride in curating high-quality skincare and beauty products, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including any seals, wrapping, or protective film intact
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used skincare, beauty, or cosmetic products
  • Products where the seal, shrink wrap, or hygiene sticker has been broken or removed
  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Sale or final clearance items (marked as non-returnable at time of purchase)
  • Bundled sets where any item has been opened or used
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to start your return:

  1. Contact Us — Email our customer care team at support@glowrush.site within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization — Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not send back your item without authorization.
  3. Package Your Item — Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include your order number or RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship Your Return — Send your return to the address provided in our return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Glowrush is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  5. Receive Your Refund — Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be returned to the same gift card or issued as new store credit

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at support@glowrush.site.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We are committed to sending every order in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or broken during shipping, defective or not functioning as described, or the wrong item (different from what you ordered), please contact us at support@glowrush.site within 48 hours of delivery and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

In these cases, we will offer you one of the following resolutions at no cost to you:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A free replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
  • Store credit for the value of the affected item

6. Shipping Costs

Please note the following regarding shipping fees:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • If you received a free shipping promotion on your order and are returning only part of your order, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, Glowrush will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you'd like.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times can vary and it may take several business days before your refund is officially posted
  3. If you have done both of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@glowrush.site and we will investigate promptly

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@glowrush.site with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our standard return process.
